Scheduling & Cancellations

Surface & Property Conditions

Oasis Restores is not responsible for damage related to:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Oxidized or deteriorated materials

  • Loose paint, siding, brick, mortar, or concrete

  • Improperly installed surfaces

  • Existing cracks, leaks, or structural defects

Pressure washing and exterior cleaning may expose pre-existing property issues that were previously hidden by dirt, debris, mold, or buildup.

Satisfaction Policy

If concerns arise regarding completed work, customers must contact Oasis Restores within 48 hours of service completion.

We may provide corrective touch-ups or reasonable solutions at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed after services have been completed.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Late fees

  • Collections activity

  • Legal action when necessary

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with unpaid invoices or chargeback disputes.
