Welcome to Oasis Restores. We are committed to delivering professional exterior cleaning and restoration services with honesty, transparency, and quality workmanship.

Please review the following service and refund terms before booking with Oasis Restores.

Service Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, you must notify Oasis Restores within 48 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Return to address missed areas or reasonable concerns

  • Perform touch-up cleaning where appropriate

  • Offer a partial service credit depending on the situation

Due to the nature of pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, refunds are not guaranteed after work has been completed.

Results Disclaimer

Some stains, discoloration, oxidation, rust, hard water buildup, organic growth, or surface damage may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.

Oasis Restores does not guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Restoration of aged or deteriorated materials

  • Exact color restoration

  • Prevention of future buildup after cleaning

Cleaning results vary depending on:

  • Surface condition

  • Material age

  • Previous damage

  • Weather exposure

  • Maintenance history

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Oasis Restores reserves the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Emergencies

  • Conditions that may affect service quality or safety

Property Conditions

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring water access is available

  • Securing pets before service

  • Closing windows and doors

  • Removing fragile or valuable outdoor items when possible

Oasis Restores is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Loose siding, paint, or materials

  • Damage caused by improper installation or deteriorated surfaces

  • Water intrusion resulting from defective seals, cracks, or structural issues

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Suspension of future services

  • Collections action when necessary

Estimates & Pricing

Quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if:

  • The property condition differs significantly from expectations

  • Additional labor or treatments are required

  • Access limitations increase service difficulty

Customers will be informed before additional work is performed.
