What services does Oasis Restores offer?
We offer a full range of premium exterior cleaning and restoration services including pressure washing, house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, moss removal, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, commercial storefront cleaning, and full property restoration. Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — all estimates are completely free and come with no obligation. We'll assess your property, discuss your goals, and provide a transparent, itemized quote before any work begins.
How long does a typical job take?
Most residential jobs are completed in a single visit ranging from 2 to 6 hours depending on the size of the property and services requested. Larger commercial projects or full property restorations may require multiple visits, which we'll outline clearly in your estimate.
Pressure Washing & House Washing
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to remove tough buildup from hard surfaces like concrete, brick, and stone. Soft washing uses low pressure combined with professional-grade cleaning solutions to safely clean delicate surfaces like siding, roofing, and painted wood without causing damage.
Is pressure washing safe for my home's siding?
When done correctly, yes. We use the appropriate pressure and technique for each surface type. For vinyl, wood, stucco, and fiber cement siding, we use soft washing methods that clean thoroughly without risking damage to your home's exterior.
Will pressure washing damage my landscaping or plants?
We take great care to protect your landscaping during every job. We pre-wet surrounding plants, use eco-friendly cleaning solutions where possible, and rinse thoroughly after treatment to minimize any impact on your yard and garden.
Roof Cleaning
Why should I have my roof professionally cleaned?
Moss, algae, lichen, and black streaks (caused by Gloeocapsa magma bacteria) are extremely common in the Pacific Northwest's wet climate. Left untreated, they can degrade roofing materials, void manufacturer warranties, and significantly shorten your roof's lifespan. Professional roof cleaning removes these organisms and helps protect your investment.
Is roof cleaning safe? Will it void my warranty?
Our low-pressure soft wash roof cleaning method is the industry-recommended approach and is safe for all common roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, and cedar shake. In fact, many roofing manufacturers recommend soft washing as the only approved cleaning method to maintain warranty coverage.
Moss Removal
How does moss damage roofs in the Pacific Northwest?
Moss is one of the most common and damaging threats to roofs in the Seattle area. Moss roots penetrate between shingles, lifting and cracking them over time. Moss also retains moisture against roofing materials, accelerating decay and creating conditions for rot and leaks. Regular moss removal and preventative treatment are the most effective ways to protect your roof.
Gutter Cleaning
How often should I have my gutters cleaned in Seattle?
We recommend gutter cleaning at least twice per year in the Seattle area — once in late fall after leaf drop and once in spring after pollen season. Homes with significant tree cover may benefit from more frequent service.

How much does exterior cleaning cost in the Pacific Northwest?
Pricing varies based on the size of your property, the services requested, and the condition of the surfaces. Most residential pressure washing jobs range from $150 to $500+, while roof cleaning and full property packages vary accordingly. We provide detailed, transparent quotes so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance during peak season (spring and summer). However, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests and often have availability within a few days. Contact us and we'll find a time that works for you.
